RRB Secures Summary Judgment for Apartment Building Owner in Private Nuisance Case

Stephen Raucher secured summary judgment for the owner of an apartment building sued by a neighbor over filming activities arranged by a tenant. Raucher established that the landlord had no knowledge of or participation in the alleged conduct and that no nuisance existed when the lease began.
