Evan Zemlin-Kisor

Evan Zemlin-Kisor has experience in all phases of family law litigation.  Evan strives to help clients solve and avoid problems, and succeed in litigation, through proactive and creative counsel.

Prior to joining Reuben Raucher & Blum, Evan did non-profit work as a clerk for the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.  Evan received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.  He received his undergraduate degree in Strategic and Corporate Communications from Chapman University.  Evan is admitted to practice in the state of California.
